Franklin is a Higher University Technician (TSU) in Information System Engineering and Software Developing, graduating from the Pedro Emilio Coll University Institute of Technology (IUTPEC) in 1991. He is a professional qualified to design, develop, implement, and maintain information systems. Their profile focuses on the practical resolution of technological problems and the integration of IT solutions within the business environment. The key competencies and areas defining this professional include:

Project Management: The ability to integrate and lead work teams in software development and technical support.

Systems Administration: Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of networks, databases, and operating platforms.

Technical Support: Diagnosis, prevention, and resolution of hardware and software issues within an organization's technological infrastructure.

His career is built on a rigorous foundation of computer science, software engineering, and systems architecture, having mastered everything from low-level programming (C, Pascal, Cobol) and Unix Operative Environment to complex enterprise solutions (Logistics, Financial, and HR systems). Later on, he moved to Windows and Linux environment. Currently he is a retire person but keeps busy offering online training and IT consulting.
