PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Franklin Medina Bucobo
IT Consultant & Advisor
SQA Higher National Certificate (HNC) (United Kingdom).
Associate of Science in Computer Science (USA).
Ingeniero Técnico en Informática (Spain)
TSU Informática (Venezuela).
With over 35 years of empirical field experience, I provide high-level, independent technology consulting and strategic advisory services to organizations navigating complex computational and digital challenges.
My academic foundation was officially established in October 1991 when I graduated with a higher education 3 years degree (TSU) as a Associate of Science in Information Technology from the Technological University Institute "Pedro Emilio Coll" of Venezuela.
My academic path was defined by a rigorous, scientifically grounded curriculum that perfectly balanced deep mathematical principles with comprehensive software engineering disciplines.
My foundational studies includes extensive mastery of Programming Methodologies, advanced algorithmic design (Pascal, Cobol, C), Data Structures, and Software Testing Practices. This programming expertise was built in tandem with a heavy analytical core consisting of Discrete Structures, Linear Algebra, General Logic, Numerical Algorithms, Applied Statistics, and Distributed Systems.
Unlike strictly business-oriented paths, this deep combination of engineering logic and programming proficiency provided me with a fundamental, structural understanding of computing architectures from the very beginning of my career.
Over more than three decades, I have actively guided and witnessed the architectural evolution of modern enterprise IT. This extensive corporate trajectory equips me with the unique capability to separate temporary tech hype from truly robust, scalable technology frameworks.
Moving away from routine corporate operations, my practice is now dedicated entirely to Independent IT Advising and Book Authorship. As a consultant, I deliver vendor-neutral, objective analysis to c-suite executives and business leaders. As an author, my mission is to synthesize my 35+ years of lived technology history, programming logic, and foundational computer science principles into authoritative, practical literature for the global tech community.
